These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the BeautyHer mobile application and related services (the “App”) provided by Dabodi Trading LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading or using BeautyHer, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. By using BeautyHer, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not upload images you do not have the right to use.
• Do not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringing.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the App.
• Do not use the App to violate the rights or privacy of others.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Prices, billing cycles, and free-trial terms are shown before purchase and are processed through the applicable app store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your app store account settings.

5. AI Content & No Medical Advice

BeautyHer provides AI-generated beauty analysis, suggestions, and recommendations for informational and entertainment purposes only. Results may not always be accurate and should not be relied upon as professional, medical, dermatological, or cosmetic advice. Always consult a qualified professional for such concerns.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, logos, and content, is owned by Dabodi Trading LLC and protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of the photos you upload, and you grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the App’s features to you.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dabodi Trading LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Dabodi Trading LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
